The next column under matching is in most cases the one variant that you and the men listed may have in common.
Personally, I find this particular page not very helpful for most; and I’m not alone.  Most administrators are just as befuddled by why FT lists this page at all.
I’m sure someone who designed it had a notion, but they certainly haven’t shared it.
Your best view would be the block tree.  You and Francis share FT135782.  You each have variants private to you.  On average, there are 5 variants — if you have 3 then he has 2.
You guys don’t share these private variants, and no one else in the FT database does either.
When someone comes along to match a private variant of either of you, a new twig will branch off and you and Francis will be split off from one another.  You will still share FT135792 as you do now.
Do you know who the common ancestor between you and Francis?  A very rough estimate: You may have shared a common ancestor as recently as 1618 perhaps even more recently and as long ago as 1452.
