- Fanny ( b1849)
Fanny (1849 - 1932) was born Habergham Eaves in Burnley, Lancashire. In 1851 they lived at 6 Back South St.,then the Census of 1861 shows they lived at 6 Dent Row. By the Census of 1871 she had married Tomas Ward and they had moved to 30 Adelphi St., the Reindeer Hotel.

John, in 1844 was living at Wood St., Burnley and worked as an Overlooker
By 1851 he had married Elizabeth Hartley (1825 - ?) and they lived at 6 Bank South Parade, Burnley with daughter Fanny b 13 June 1849.
The 1861 Census shows they lived at 6 Dent Row, Burnley
John & Elizabeth possibly moved to the Reindeer Hotel, 30 Adelphi Street, Burnley after 15 Feb 1868 on leaving Graham & Shepherd as an overlooker.
1871 Census they lived at 30 Adelphi St., Reindeer Hotel
1881 Census John is licenced victualler and Elizabeth was the landlady
1891 Census shows Elizabeth as head of household with Thomas Ward, (son in law), plus Fanny & children: Annie(aged 22), Emma(18), Fanny(16), Lizzie(13), Lillie(7), Minnie(4), Nellie(7mnths)
1901 Census gives Fanny as Fanny Herne and manageress. She had married William Herne who was the manager
1911 Census gives Fanny as a widow with Annie, Lillie & grandaughter Elizabeth living with her at 30 Adelphi St.
